On the heels of his first performance since being released from jail, rapper T.I. sat on the hot seat at "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night (Aug. 19) to answer questions about jail, movies and music, among others.

T.I. talked about his jail sting, including how he kept incarcerated, aspiring rappers from hounding him about helping their careers ("I'm not here to help you, dog. How can I help you? What can I do for you? I'm in here with you -- I'm doing my time like you're doing yours," he said"). He also discussed the "Self-Enrichment" class he taught while serving time.

"While I was there, so many cats I was around were like, 'When I get out, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I don't want to go back to hustling but I don't know what to do'," he said about the inspiriation for it. "So I got with the warden in trying to change criminals' ways of thinking. It was an open conversation, comparing points of perception. My main thing was to tell them 'to get something you never had you must be willing to do something you've never done'."

T.I. also talked about his new movie, "Takers" -- which he stars in and helped produced -- and his upcoming "King Uncaged" album, which features Kanye West, Young Dro and The-Dream, among others. Towards the end of their chat, T.I. revealed he recorded over 100 songs for the set and told Kimmel he welcomed all his "criticisms and comments" in narrowing down tracks for the final cut.
