Susan Boyle's "I Dreamed A Dream" (Syco Music/Sony Music Entertainment) moves to the top of Billboard's European Albums chart, while Black Eyed Peas secures a second week atop European Hot 100 Singles with "Meet Me Halfway" (Interscope/Universal).

U.K. sales of Boyle's debut release total 715,000 to last weekend, for a second week at No. 1 there. "Dream" also holds at the top in Ireland and moves 5-1 in Switzerland, 13-7 in the Belgian region of Flanders and 22-16 in Portugal. It holds at No. 10 in Spain but falls back 2-3 in Holland and 5-7 in Wallony.

After three weeks at the pan-European summit, Robbie Williams falls 1-2 with "Reality Killed The Video Star" (Virgin/EMI), which is down 2-3 in Switzerland, 2-4 in Germany and 9-10 in the United Kingdom. Michael Jackson's  "This Is It" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) is down 2-3 overall, but improves 6-3 in Wallony and is still in the top five in Holland, Sweden, Denmark and Flanders.

Black Eyed Peas' long-running "The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies)" is up 7-4 on the Europe-wide album survey, enjoying a 14-6 improvement in France. "Meet Me Halfway" leads European Hot 100 Singles again as it climbs 2-1 in Germany, 6-3 in Switzerland and 8-4 in Austria, resting at No. 1 in Flanders.

Lady Gaga's 47th week on European Albums with "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal) shows a 4-5 dip, but a 22-6 rise in Finland. Andrea Bocelli's "My Christmas" (Decca/Universal) is up 19-6 overall, selling 41,000 for a No. 18 U.K. debut and rising 36-2 in Poland, 22-3 in Hungary, 7-3 in Italy, 30-9 in Sweden, 14-9 in the Czech Republic and entering at No. 8 in Ireland.

Norah Jones slips 6-7 Europe-wide with "The Fall" (Blue Note/EMI), which is up 5-4 in Flanders, 13-9 in Poland and 21-14 in the Czech Republic but down 3-4 in Switzerland, 2-10 in Sweden and 8-10 in Austria. Queen's latest compilation set "Absolute Greatest" (Parlophone/EMI) is steady at No. 8 overall, climbing 11-6 in Sweden.

After a No. 5 pan-European debut last week, Rihanna's "Rated R" (SRP/Def Jam/Universal) is down to No. 9, falling 1-2 in Switzerland and 16-19 in the United Kingdom but debuting at No. 16 in Poland. Finally, Michael Bublé's "Crazy Love" (Reprise/Warner Music) dips 9-10 but holds at No. 5 in Ireland and No. 6 in the United Kingdom.
