Susan Boyle holds off the challenge of Lady Gaga to secure a second week at Billboard's European Albums summit with "I Dreamed A Dream" (Syco Music/Sony Music Entertainment). The European Hot 100 Singles leader, for a third week, is Black Eyed Peas' "Meet Me Halfway" (Interscope/Universal).

Boyle's debut set bags a third week atop the U.K. chart, moving past the 1 million sales mark last Sunday. It remains at No. 1 in Ireland and Switzerland, enters at No. 3 in Germany and No. 7 in Austria, and moves 3-2 in Holland, 16-3 in Sweden, 7-4 in the Belgian region of Flanders. The only European market in which "Dream" is in decline is in neighboring Wallony, where it's down 7-10.

Sales of Lady Gaga's "The Fame" and its new sister eight-song release "The Fame Monster" are combined in some markets, pushing the older title up 5-2 on the pan-European chart. U.K. sales of 125,000 last week send the album up 12-2 there, and it's up 5-3 in Switzerland, 5-4 in Germany and 11-10 in Flanders. "The Fame Monster" itself climbs 6-3 in Ireland but slips 39-40 on the composite chart.

Three titles fall a place each on the Europe-wide album chart: Robbie Williams' "Reality Killed The Video Star" (Virgin/EMI) to No. 3, Michael Jackson's  "This Is It" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) to No. 4 and Black Eyed Peas' "The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies)" to No. 5. Williams is up 4-2 in Germany, 3-2 in Switzerland and 9-7 in Holland; Jackson climbs 6-5 in Italy, 7-6 in Norway and 10-7 in Hungary; and "The E.N.D." is up 6-2 in France, 5-4 in the United Kingdom and 12-9 in Wallony. Black Eyed Peas' "Meet Me Halfway" keeps its Hot 100 Singles crown despite falling 1-2 in Germany. It's still No. 1 in Flanders and up 16-9 in Italy.

Michael Bublé's "Crazy Love" (Reprise/Warner Music) surges again, 10-6 on European Albums, after improving 6-3 in the United Kingdom, 8-4 in Holland and 22-14 in Portugal. It's steady at No. 5 in Ireland. But Andrea Bocelli is down 6-7 overall with "My Christmas" (Decca/Universal), despite climbing 3-2 in Italy and Hungary, 9-3 in the Czech Republic and 4-3 in Finland.

Queen's "Absolute Greatest" (Parlophone/EMI) spends a third week at No. 8 on the composite chart, climbing 6-5 in Sweden and 7-6 in the United Kingdom and Denmark, also holding at No. 8 in Norway.

Ich + Ich's "Gute Reise" (Domestic Pop), which debuted at No. 10 overall last month, is back up 11-9 in its fourth week, holding at No. 1 in Germany and climbing 9-7 in Switzerland. Finally on the pan-European album top ten, Norah Jones dips 7-10 with "The Fall" (Blue Note/EMI), but goes up 12-5 in Holland and 14-12 in the Czech Republic.
