Soundgarden's recent reunion will come full circle with "Telephantasm," the rock group's first release in 14 years, due out Sept. 28 on A&M/UMe. The retrospective album will feature the band's hits, previously released obscurities and "Black Rain," a never-before-heard track from the "Badmotorfinger" recording sessions.

Soundgarden has also announced a partnership with Activision Publishing that will see "Telphantasm" exclusively released and bundled with 1 million copies of "Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock" on Sept. 28. The album will also be immediately available as downloadable content for the game before being released at retail stores and on the band's website on Oct. 5. Additionally, three expanded versions of "Telephantasm" will be issued on Sept. 28, including the band's first-ever DVD with 13 previously unreleased videos.
