D'Andrea claims that despite a 1998 verbal producer's agreement with Master P, C-Murder, Silkk The Shocker, and Priority-distributed No Limit, he has not been paid for material he wrote and produced, including "Wobble Wobble." That song in particular, he claims, has been released on three albums (including the 504 Boyz's "Good Fellas" on No Limit and "The Source Presents Hip-Hop Hits Volume 4" on Def Jam) and one single for which he hasn't received credit or compensation.
The suit also lists other songs D'Andrea claims he has copyrighted, alleging that they were unlawfully released and that he has not received royalties from them. D'Andrea, who has also worked with Snoop Dogg and Kurupt, is seeking more than $400 million in damages.
Calls to D'Andrea's attorneys and other parties were not returned by deadline.
