SnoCore Icicle Ball Returns

For the second year in a row, SnoCore has splintered into two concurrent tours, the SnoCore Rock Tour and the SnoCore Icicle Ball. As previously reported, the Rock Tour will kick off Feb. 15 in Providence, R.I., and feature Alien Ant Farm in the headlining spot, as well as Fenix Tx, GlassJaw, and another band to be named.

The second Icicle Ball will be headlined by jam band Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, and is due to play 40 dates, kicking off Feb. 1 in San Diego (although details of shows between Feb. 1 and Feb. 14 have not yet been announced). Support acts Spearhead, Nikka Costa, Blackalicious, Saul Williams, Ozomatli, and Sector 9 will rotate through the run, which is scheduled to end April 1 in Toronto.

Last year, the SnoCore Rock Tour featured Fear Factory, Kittie, Union Underground, Boy Hits Car, and Slaves On Dope, while the Icicle Ball boasted co-headliners Les Claypool's Frog Brigade and Galactic, as well as Lake Trout and Drums & Tuba on various dates.
