Rihanna's "Rude Boy" remains stationed at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a fifth week, fending off runner-up "Nothin' On You" by B.o.B featuring Bruno Mars (2-2) for yet another frame. "Nothin" takes the chart Airplay Gainer trophy with an increase of 11 million listener impressions. B.o.B also posts a new entry on the list with the No. 67 arrival of "Don't Let Me Fall."
 
Joining the top 10 party in only its second week on the chart is Usher's "OMG," featuring will.i.am, which motors 14-10. The track is Usher's 15th top 10 and first since he topped the list with "Love in this Club" for three weeks in March 2008. Usher hasn't had a song reach the top 10 this quickly since 1998 when "Nice & Slow" debuted at No. 9 and "My Way" went 13-9 in its second week on the list.
 
Train's "Hey, Soul Sister" remains stuck at No. 3 for a third week. Moving into the No. 4 slot (6-4) is former No. 1 "Break Your Heart" by Taio Cruz featuring Ludacris. Increased radio play is the cause for Cruz's rebound as the track reaches the top 10 of Radio Songs for the first time (14-9) this week.
 
Jason DeRulo rises 9-5 with sophomore single "In My Head," the follow-up to his No. 1 "Whatcha Say." His latest hit is the chart's Digital Gainer as it improves by 25% to 139,000 downloads, good for an 11-6 rise on the Digital Songs tally. "In My Head" also makes noise on Pop Songs with a record-setting move to No. 1, reported earlier this week.
 
Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" slips two spots from 4-6 as does "Telephone" by Lady Gaga featuring Beyonce (5-7). The Black Eyed Peas drop 7-8 with "Imma Be," one spot ahead of Justin Bieber's "Baby," featuring Ludacris (8-9).
 
Jack Johnson posts his best Hot 100 rank with a No. 20 Hot Shot Debut for "You and Your Heart," the lead track from his upcoming set "To the Sea," due June 1.  His prior best showing was No. 38 rank with "Upside Down" in 2006. "You and Your Heart," which moves 110,000 downloads, also debuts at No. 23 on Alternative Songs.
 
Also posting a high debut at No. 28 is Jamie Foxx with the star-laden "Winner," featuring Justin Timberlake and T.I.  The title sells 69,000 downloads in its opening week and is set to appear on Foxx's yet-untitled fourth album, scheduled to hit retail this summer.
