Kings of Leon's "Come Around Sundown" (Hand Me Down/Sony Music Entertainment) starts a second week atop Billboard's European Albums chart, while European Hot 100 Singles has a new No. 1 in the form of Rihanna's "Only Girl (In The World)" (Def Jam/Universal).

A second week at the U.K. chart summit for "Sundown" yields sales of 72,000, for a two-week total of nearly 256,000. The album also stays at No. 1 in Ireland and the Belgian region of Flanders, but falls from its perch in the GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) countries, 1-6 in Germany, 1-4 in Switzerland and 1-2 in Austria. It holds at No. 2 in Holland, No. 3 in Portugal and No. 4 in Norway.

In an unchanged Europe-wide top three, Robbie Williams stays at No. 2 with "In and Out of Consciousness - Greatest Hits 1990-2010" (Virgin/EMI) and Shakira's "Sale El Sol" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) holds last week's debut position at No. 3. Williams is still No. 2 in Wallony and No. 4 in Holland, Sweden, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Flanders. Shakira climbs 2-1 in France, stays on top in Portugal and debuts at No. 3 in Italy, but dips 1-3 in Spain.

Reprise/Warner Music's release of a double-disc edition of Michael Bublé's "Crazy Love" has revitalized the title in recent weeks, moving it 84-14 and now up to No. 4. Now in its 54th chart week, it's up 7-2 in the United Kingdom and 3-2 in Ireland.

Then follow two new entries for Sony releases on the composite chart: Andrea Berg's "Schwerelos" at No. 5 and the eponymous release by Berlin's Most Wanted at No. 6. German vocalist Berg thus mirrors the debut of his last set "Zwischen Himmel und Erde" in the spring of last year, arriving at No. 1 in Germany and Austria. Rap collective Berlin's Most Wanted starts at No. 2 in Germany and No. 3 in Austria and Switzerland.

Warner releases "A Thousand Suns" by Linkin Park, on Warner Bros., and Phil Collins' "Going Back" (Atlantic), fall overall 5-7 and 4-8 respectively. "Suns" is No. 7 in three markets, Austria, Portugal and the Czech Republic; Collins' covers set is No. 7 in Flanders.

Making a spectacular climb into the European Albums top ten is veteran singer-songwriter Chris De Burgh's "Moonfleet & Other Stories" (Sony Music Entertainment), which races 93-9 after a No. 3 debut in Germany. Last year, he made a similar 81-11 jump with the TV-advertised covers set "Footsteps" on UMTV.

Joe McElderry, who won last year's U.K. final of "The X Factor," debuts at No. 10 with his first album "Wide Awake" (Syco Music/Sony Music Entertainment), after a No. 3 start at home on sales of 39,000 units. Outside the collective top 10, Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" (Big Machine/Mercury) starts at No. 12, opening at No. 6 in the United Kingdom (on 28,000 sales) and Ireland, and No. 10 in Spain.

The Rihanna single holds at No. 1 in Austria and Wallony and adds No. 2 debuts in the United Kingdom (on sales of 126,000) and France. It's up 20-2 in France and stays at No. 2 in Germany and Norway, No. 3 in Denmark, No. 4 in Flanders, No. 5 in Holland and No. 8 in Sweden.
