Radiohead

Radiohead mysteriously described eighth album "The King of Limbs" as the world's first "newspaper album" before its digital release last month, and fans have finally been given that cryptic newspaper today (Mar. 28). The alt-rock kings have published "The Universal Sigh," their own newspaper available for free today and tomorrow at various locations worldwide, to celebrate tomorrow's physical release of "Limbs" in the U.S.

Before "The King of Limbs" hits U.S. stores tomorrow, check out Radiohead's latest effort by streaming the entire album below:

"The Universal Sigh" -- which has been posted in PDF form on the New Zealand website Rip It Up -- includes lyrics, artwork, stories and poems from the band. The official website for the newspaper features a list of locations where "The Universal Sigh" is available, as well as pictures of Radiohead fans snagging the first copies of the paper.

The eight-track "King of Limbs" was released digitally on Feb. 18 after Radiohead announced the album four days earlier. According to NME, frontman Thom Yorke made a surprise appearance in the Brick Lane in London this morning to hand out copies of "The Universal Sigh" and celebrate the physical release of "Limbs," which is out today in the U.K. on XL Recordings.
