Among the rumored headliners are the Sex Pistols, who have not played in North America since wrapping their 1996 reunion tour. According to the Web site Sexpistols.net, "while there is no smoke without fire, they are not sure themselves at the moment. As with the Pistols, plans can go 't*ts up'." The Pistols reunited for a show last month in London and earlier this summer re-released their classic single "God Save the Queen."
The 65,000-capacity Blockbuster Pavilion, located roughly 100 miles east of Los Angeles, played host to the inaugural Inland Invasion last August. It featured performances from Incubus, Weezer, the Offspring, Social Distortion, and Pennywise, among others.
