Ozzy, Queen Among Hollywood Walk Stars

Ozzy Osbourne and Amy Grant are among a host of music stars that will be honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year. Other acts due to receive their due is Fabian, Juan Gabriel, K.C. & the Sunshine Band, and Queen.

Entertainers in film, television, radio, recording, and live theater-performance are honored each year with stars along Los Angeles' Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street. The Walk of Fame Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce chose recipients from hundreds of nominees, said Johnny Grant, committee chairman.

The musicians are part of an eclectic class of 2002 sidewalk honorees, which will recognize Sandra Bullock, Dino De Laurentiis, Martin Landau, and Al Pacino from the world of film; television's Jack LaLanne, Regis Philbin, and Rose Marie; and comedian Rodney Dangerfield in the theater/live performance realm.
