A little more than a month after the event was postponed due to security concerns and other problems, the fifth annual Online Hip-Hop Awards ceremony has been canceled. "Over the last four weeks, as we've examined the possibilities of re-organizing, it became evident that a summer show would also not be possible," organizers said in a statement. "Inevitably, it was a combination of timing and current market conditions that contributed to our final decision to cancel."

Despite the cancellation, award winners have been named, led by Nelly for artist of the year and album of the year for his Fo' Reel/Universal set "Country Grammar." Def Jam was named favorite record label, while the label's Ja Rule took the awards for song and favorite R&B/hip-hop collaboration of the year for "Put it On Me." Winners were chosen via online voting.

The awards were originally scheduled to be handed out May 3 at the Manhattan Center Grand Ballroom in New York.
