Top NFL players and artists in the hip-hop, R&B, and country fields have teamed to record an NFL anthem, "We're All In This Together," penned by country artist Steve Wariner. Recording artists Montell Jordan, Issac Hayes, and Faith Evans and football players Jerry Rice, Howard Cross, and Greg Truitt are among the participants.
In addition, two albums are being recorded, "NFL Jams" and "NFL Country," featuring duets between artists and athletes; included are country artist Mark Nesler with Chad Cascadden of the New York Jets and R&B star Mary J. Blige with Scott Galbraith of the Dallas Cowboys.
The titles are on the PolyGram-distributed eMusic label, a division of sports-related music company En Visage Multimedia. All three projects will bow in late September.
