A special homage to the late Steve Jobs will be part of MTV's second O Music Awards, a show to honor artists and innovators affecting digital music culture held on Oct. 31.
Talent confirmed to perform and present at the show includes Kelly Clarkson, the Band Perry, Demi Lovato and Mac Miller. The musical tribute to Jobs, the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Apple who died Oct. 5, will feature an up-and-coming artist performing an iconic song.
The show will be streamed from an undisclosed location starting at 11:30 p.m. ET/ 8:30 p.m. PT on OMusicAwards.com.

The O Awards are given away in categories such as Most Outrageous Tweet, Best Web Born Artist and Oops! I Did It Online. Among the leading nominees are Odd Future's Tyler the Creator, Lady Gaga, the Weeknd, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. Since voting began on Sept. 27, more than 6 million votes have been cast.
In addition to the live awards show, OMusicAwards.com will be host to a separate livestream in an attempt to break the world record for the longest dance party. OMusicAwards.com will start livestreaming the party on Oct. 29 from the Roxy Theatre on the Sunset Strip with the goal of crossing the 55 hour mark during the live show on Halloween.
