Minus The Bear Adds Fall Tour

Seattle indie rockers Minus The Bear are set to embark on the first leg of a major tour in support of their new album, "Planet of Ice", due Aug. 21 on Suicide Squeeze records.

Known for their inventive song titles ("Lemurs, Man, Lemurs", "Monkey!!! Knife!!! Fight!!!"), the band has gained a dedicated following over their past two full-lengths.

The new album is a Yes-inspired effort that is fit for a "laser light show," Suicide Squeeze head David Dickenson told Billboard.com in May. Appropriately, the Pacific Science Center in Seattle will be hosting a laser light show set to the music from "Planet of Ice" on the album's release date.
