Miley Cyrus may have become a legal adult today, but the pop star allegedly engaged in some pretty grown-up behavior Sunday night (Nov. 21) during her 18th birthday party. Wearing leather pants and a black top, Cyrus was spotted making out with teen actor Avan Jogia at Trousdale nightclub in Hollywood, according to People.
A photograph has been released of Jogia, who stars in the Nickelodeon series "Victorious," leaning over the teen star and seductively kissing her neck. Despite the steamy encounter, a source says that the pair is "just hanging out. [Cyrus] is still single."

Cyrus -- who recently told Access Hollywood that she is spending "the whole month of November" celebrating her 18th birthday -- attended the party following her performance of "Forgiveness and Love" at the American Music Awards on Sunday night. One night earlier, "Saturday Night Live" skewered the pop star in a sketch that posed Cyrus as a talk show host and dad Billy Ray Cyrus as the leader of her house band.
