Master P, Busta, Too $hort Guest On E-40's Set

Powerhouse rappers Master P, Busta Rhymes, Too $hort, Mack 10, K-Ci & JoJo, and WC are among the talent featured on E-40's forthcoming 2-CD set, "The Element Of Surprise." Due Aug. 11 on Sick Wid It/Jive Records, the album pairs E-40's tongue-twisting rhymes with funk rhythms produced by his Sick Wid It crew. First single, the Earth, Wind & Fire-inspired "I Hope I Don't Go Back," will be serviced to mix shows June 30 and R&B radio July 20; it will not be released commercially. E-40's next project, the movie and soundtrack to "E-40 Presents Charlie Hustle: Blueprint Of A Self-Made Millionaire," will street in the fall. The rapper's last set, 1996's "Tha Hall Of Game," peaked at No. 4 on The Billboard 200.
