Keep an eye out for hyperventilating Madonna fans on February, 2, 3 and 5. First up the pop icon will premiere a video preview of her new single "Give Me All Your Luvin,'" featuring Nicki Minaj & M.I.A., on the ratings-hungry "American Idol." A day later, the single -- the first off her 12th album "MDNA" -- will be released along with the full video. And of course on the fifth there's a football game where she's slated to do the halftime show.

Nearly six years after it was created, Madonna's Raising Malawi charity is set to break ground on the construction of schools in the impoverished country, but they will be run by the local community, not the superstar's organization.

Madonna Is Back Week continues with the unveiling of the cover art for her 12th studio album, "MDNA." The colorful cover, which was posted on the pop star's Facebook wall early on Tuesday (Jan. 31), will hit stores on March 26.

On Sunday, Interscope Records announced that the album's first single, "Give Me All Your Luvin,'" will premiere alongside its music video on Friday, Feb. 3. The single, which also features M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj, will be performed during Madonna's Super Bowl halftime performance on Sunday. M.I.A. confirmed yesterday that she and Minaj would both be joining Madge on the Super stage, while LMFAO is also expected to make an appearance during the performance.

During an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday night, Madonna called the upcoming Super Bowl performance "the most nerve-racking thing I've ever done." However, she promised that she wouldn't repeat Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" slip-up of 2004.

"For sure, no nipples," Madonna deadpanned. "I wasn't gonna go there -- I don't like to repeat myself."
