LMFAO spends its second week atop the Billboard Hot 100, to be released tomorrow (July 14) on Billboard.com, with "Party Rock Anthem," featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock, while Lil Wayne's "How to Love" and OneRepublic's "Good Life" claims the chart's Airplay and Digital Gainer awards, respectively.
 
"Party" tallies a second week at No. 1 on Digital Songs, although it declines by 9% to 236,000 downloads sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. On Radio Songs, the track holds at No. 3 with a 9% gain to 125 million in all-format audience, according to Nielsen BDS.

Pitbull's "Give Me Everything," featuring Ne-Yo, AfroJack and Nayer, collects a second week at No. 2 on the Hot 100 after it had logged a week at the summit two weeks ago. The song ascends to the top of Radio Songs (2-1), gaining by 1% in airplay to 152 million. "Give" marks Pitbull's first Radio Songs leader among 16 entries dating to his first, "Culo," in 2004.
 
"Give" holds at No. 3 on Digital Songs (159,000, down 17%).
 
Adele's former seven-week Hot 100 No. 1 "Rolling in the Deep" remains at No. 3 and Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" spends a fourth week at No. 4. On Radio Songs, "Friday" jumps 8-6 (97 million, up 15%). After notching two weeks atop Digital Songs, "Friday" claims a second week at No. 2 on the survey (192,000, down 7%). "Friday" additionally enters Billboard's Summer Songs chart (also to be refreshed tomorrow on Billboard.com) at No. 8; "Rolling in the Deep" remains at No. 1 on the seasonal survey.

The top six titles on the Hot 100 maintain their rankings, as Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" remains at No. 5 and Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory" holds at No. 6. "Bass" bumps 7-5 on Radio Songs (98 million, up 12%), while retaining its No. 3 rank on Digital Songs (158,000, down 7%). "Glory" rises 5-4 on Radio Songs (99 million, up 1%) and rebounds 11-9 on Digital Songs (where it peaked at No. 2 upon its debut in May), although it deflates by 15% to 103,000.
 
Lil Wayne lifts 8-7 on the Hot 100 with "How to Love," which nabs Airplay Gainer honors on the strength of a 13-9 advance on Radio Songs (74 million, up 27%). The ascent grants Lil Wayne his 14th top 10 on the airplay ranking and his first as a lead artist since "Mrs. Officer," featuring Bobby Valentino and Kidd Kidd, reached No. 6 in October 2008.

On Digital Songs, "Love" holds at No. 8, up almost 1% to 128,000.
 
OneRepublic's "Good Life" pushes 9-8 on the Hot 100 with Digital Gainer accolades, bounding 12-6 on Digital Songs (137,000, up 23%). The song is the group's first top 10 on the latter chart since its sole prior top 10 as a lead act, "Stop and Stare," peaked at No. 8 in April 2008. The group first graced Digital Songs as a featured act on Timbaland's two-week No. 1 "Apologize."
 
"Life" holds at No. 12 on Radio Songs (63 million, up 8%).

Nashville quartet Hot Chelle Rae rises 10-9 with its first Hot 100 entry, "Tonight Tonight." The song climbs 9-7 on Digital Songs (129,000, up 1%) and surges 26-22 on Radio Songs (45 million, up 11%), fueled by an 11-9 advance on Pop Songs.
 
Perry's former five-week Hot 100 No. 1 "E.T," featuring Kanye West, dips 7-10 in its 20th week in the top 10 (and 22nd on the chart). Thanks to the top 10 ranks of "Friday" and "E.T.," Perry extends her Hot 100 record to 61 consecutive weeks in the chart's top tier.

Just six songs debut on the Hot 100 this week, led by R&B newcomer Frank Ocean, whose "Novacane" starts at No. 82. The song rises 21-19 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The 23-year-old New Orleans native doubles as a member of L.A. rap group Odd Future.

Also new to the Hot 100 this week are J. Cole's "Work Out" (No. 85); Josh Turner's former top 20 Country Songs hit "I Wouldn't Be a Man" (No. 92); Avril Lavigne's "Smile" (No. 94); Don Omar's "Taboo," which spends a second week atop Latin Songs (No. 97); and, Foo Fighters' "Walk," which charges 4-3 as the Greatest Gainer on Rock Songs (No. 100); the lattermost song could dethrone Foo Fighters' prior single "Rope," which has ruled Rock Songs for all 20 of its weeks on the survey.
