Imprisoned rapper Lil Wayne has taken to the net to communicate with fans. His label, Young Money Entertainment, recently launched weezythanxyou.com, a site which is primarily a blogging forum wherein Weezy's letters from prison are posted. The first was published today.

"Love. Live. Life. Proceed. Progress...we're all living on borrowed time, so I'm not worried about this situation," he stated in a note entitled "Gone 'til November." Insisting that he's in "good spirits," Wayne described his prison routine and said he'll begin blogging for ESPN again shortly.

At the end of the letter, he replied to several fans' letters he's received since his jail sentence for gun possession began at Riker's Island on March 8. Weezythanxyou encourages fan's letters, posting the address they can send them to on the site. "Each week I'll answer as many questions as I possibly can," Lil Wayne wrote.

Wayne's website also sells "Free Weezy" t-shirts.

With good behavior, Lil Wayne could be released from prison in about seven months.
