Boutique label Nonesuch, which will also release Brian Wilson's "Smile" in September, had been aligned with Atlantic Records. It switched to Warner Bros. in April as part of the restructuring of Warner Music Group under new heads Edgar Bronfman and Lyor Cohen.
Lang is enjoying a brief break from her Audi-sponsored North American symphony tour. Launched in late April, the trek resumes with a June 7-8 stand at Vancouver's Orpheum Theatre and will run through an Aug. 1 show in San Diego. After another break, lang will return to the road in October.
In February, lang and Tony Bennett won the best traditional pop album Grammy Award for their collaboration "A Wonderful World." Released in November 2002, the T Bone Burnett-produced RPM/Columbia album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Jazz Albums chart and No. 41 on The Billboard 200.
