The singer headlined Z100's annual Jingle Ball concert at Madison Square Garden, an event that holds special meaning to the New York native. "This was the first live show I ever went to -- whose first live show is this?" Gaga asked the sold-out, tween-heavy crowd. "I used to listen to Elvis Duran every day on the radio and imagine how one day he would be introducing my songs."

Lady Gaga has already given her fans a best-selling album, a massively successful tour and a handful of avant-garde music videos in 2011, but the pop superstar still wants to bestow her Little Monsters with a personalized Christmas gift. That's why Gaga will unveil an unreleased song on Sunday (Dec. 25).
"On Christmas Day I will leak to you an unreleased Song off Born This Way!" Gaga posted on Twitter on Wednesday night (Dec. 21). "It was recorded live, in one take, on the tour bus. Uncensored."

Gaga, who is currently in Japan, recently released "Born This Way: The Remix," a full-length album in which artists like The Weeknd, Foster The People and Metronomy reworked tracks from her 2011 opus. Gaga's latest "BTW" single, "Marry The Night," clocks in at No. 33 on this week's Hot 100.
After ringing in Christmas with a new track, Lady Gaga will head to Times Square to ring in 2012 on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve." Justin Bieber, LMFAO and Nicki Minaj will also perform at the event.
