As Scouting For Girls started a second week at No. 1 on the U.K. singles chart with "This Ain't A Love Song" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment), the new sales data showed Lady Gaga's indestructible "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal) climbing back 2-1 for a fourth separate run at the album summit.

The Scouting For Girls single stayed ahead of an 8-2 surge for "Omg" (LaFace/Sony Music Entertainment) by Usher featuring will.i.am, which is Usher's best U.K. singles chart ranking since "Burn" reached No. 1 in 2004.

Plan B's "She Said" (679/Atlantic/Warner Music) stayed at No. 3 on the chart last night (April 11). "Carry Out" (Interscope/Universal) by Timbaland featuring Justin Timberlake climbed 16-6 while Romanian pop/dance singer Inna's "Hot" (3 Beat/All Around The World/Universal) climbed back 9-7.

Ohio-born singer-songwriter Joshua Radin made his U.K. singles chart debut at No. 11 with "I'd Rather Be With You" (14th Floor/Warner Music) and there was a 30-15 rise for "Memories" by David Guetta featuring Kid Cudi.

The Lady Gaga album, now in its 65th week on the U.K. chart, had previously had four weeks at No. 1 in April and May last year and two more, non-consecutively, last month. This time it sent Boyzone's "Brother" (Polydor/Universal) down to No. 2 after three aggregate weeks at the peak. The highest new entry on the chart in the new Official Chart Company data was Doves' best-of album "The Places Between" (Heavenly/EMI) at No. 12.

Billboard's current European Albums chart has a third week at No. 1 for Amy Macdonald's "A Curious Thing" (Mercury/Universal). There's a third consecutive, and fourth aggregate, week atop European Hot 100 Singles for Stromae's "Alors On Danse" (Mosaert/Vertigo).
