A week after setting the mark for best weekly digital sales total by a female artist (610,000 downloads), Ke$ha maintains her hold atop the Billboard Hot 100, as "TiK ToK" logs a third week at the summit.

The song shifted 394,000 downloads in the chart's tracking week to remain at No. 1 on Digital Songs. It bullets at No. 4 on Radio Songs/Hot 100 Airplay with an all-format audience for the week of 95 million on 244 stations.

Lady Gaga rebounds to No. 2 on the Hot 100 with "Bad Romance." As reported yesterday in Chart Beat, a 2-1 lift on Pop Songs makes her the first artist in the chart's 17-year history to take her first five chart entries to the Pop Songs pinnacle.

Iyaz's "Replay" dips 2-3 on the Hot 100, while Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' "Empire State of Mind" (No. 4) and Owl City's "Fireflies" (No. 5) swap places.

David Guetta's "Sexy Chick," featuring Akon, returns to its highest peak (9-6), Jay Sean's "Down," featuring Lil Wayne, holds at No. 7 and Jason DeRulo's "Whatcha Say" slips 6-8.

The Black Eyed Peas return to the top 10 with their former 14-week No. 1 "I Gotta Feeling" (14-9) and Miley Cyrus' "Party in the U.S.A." descends 8-10.

Lil Wayne claims the Hot 100's sole debut, as "Drop the World," featuring Eminem, opens at No. 18, selling 162,000 downloads. The song is the rapper's third track from his oft-delayed "Rebirth" album to reach the chart, following "Prom Queen," which peaked at No. 15 last February, and "On Fire" (No. 62 in December). Another track that was rumored to be on the album, "Hot Revolver," peaked at No. 33 in April, but seemingly has not made the "Rebirth" cut, based on the track listing of the album shipped prematurely by Amazon last month.

The download sum of "Drop" is the highest of any Lil Wayne-fronted song since "Lollipop" shifted 194,000 in June 2008.
