A s previously reported, Ke$ha maintains her standing atop the Billboard Hot 100 for a fourth straight week with "TiK ToK," while fellow "Animal" album cut "Blah Blah Blah," featuring 3OH!3, is the chart's Hot Shot Debut at No. 7.

"Blah" is one of three debuts on the list for Ke$ha, who also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week with "Animal." The Hot 100 debuts are all due to strong opening week download sales, as she earns half of the chart's new entries. The other songs from "Animal" entering the chart are "Your Love Is My Drug" (No. 27) and "Take It Off" (No. 85).

"TiK ToK" takes the Airplay Gainer award for the first time in seven weeks, with a bump of 15.6 million listener impressions. The increase moves the track 4-2 on the Radio Songs chart, trailing "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, which spends its ninth straight week atop that list. On the Hot 100, "Empire State of Mind" edges upward 4-3.

Elsewhere in the Hot 100 top 10, Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" holds at No. 2, Iyaz's "Replay" slips 3-4 and "Fireflies" by Owl City remains at No. 5. David Guetta featuring Akon's "Sexy Chick" stands firm at No. 6, one spot ahead of Ke$ha's top debut.

Two other tracks make their way into the top 10. Rap crew Young Money rises 12-8 with "Bedrock," the act's second top 10 following "Every Girl," which peaked at No. 10 in July.

Also new to the upper tier is Rihanna's "Hard," featuring Jeezy, which lifts 15-9. The track is Rihanna's 13th top 10, tying her with Beyoncé for most top 10s by a female on the Hot 100 since 2000.

Rounding out the top 10 is Jay Sean featuring Lil Wayne with "Down," which drops 7-10.

Selena Gomez & The Scene's "Naturally" is the chart's Digital Gainer, rebounding 42-36 to give the young singer her best Hot 100 showing to date.

Non-Ke$ha titles new to the chart this week are Lady Antebellum's "Love This Pain" (No. 93), Timbaland featuring Drake's "Say Something" (No. 94) and newcomer Easton Corbin's "A Little More Country Than That" (No. 100).  The latter track rests in the top 20 of Country Songs for a fifth week, holding at No. 19.

Timbaland's title is the fifth track from his "Shock Value II" album to grace the list since November. Of the prior entries, only "Carry Out" remains, rebounding 61-41.
