Katy Perry Stays Cool Atop Summer Songs List

Though Katy Perry's "California Gurls" is knocked out of the top spot of the Hot 100 this week, it maintains a comfortable lead atop Billboard's Summer Songs 2010 tally, as its six weeks at No. 1 on the big chart all fell within the summer tracking period.

Meanwhile, this week's new Hot 100 No. 1 -- "Love the Way You Lie," by Eminem featuring Rihanna -- enters the Summer Songs top 10 all the way at No. 5, bumping his own "Not Afraid" out of the recap.
