Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" (Capitol/EMI) may have had its Billboard 200 reign limited to one week, but it's beginning a second week atop European Albums, as "We Speak No Americano" (Sweat It Out/All Around The World/UMTV/Universal) by Yolanda Be Cool & Dcup leads European Hot 100 Singles, also for a second week.

Perry's album adds a No. 3 debut in Italy, No. 7 in Poland, and a 5-1 climb in Austria, but falls 1-2 in the United Kingdom and Ireland, 3-5 in France, 4-5 in Switzerland and 5-7 in Germany. The title track climbs 10-5 on Hot 100 Singles, debuting at No. 5 in Germany and No. 6 in Austria, while its predecessor "California Gurls," which led the composite singles chart for three weeks in July, is down 6-12.

Eminem's continuing "Recovery" sees his Interscope/Universal set climb back 3-2 in its 12th week on European Albums. It's up 3-2 in Denmark, 7-3 in Austria, 13-8 in France and 11-9 in Germany, as "Love The Way You Lie," featuring Rihanna, spends a third week at No. 2 on Hot 100 Singles.

Iron Maiden's former pan-European No. 1 "The Final Frontier" (EMI) now dips 2-3, despite moving back 2-1 in Sweden and spending another week at the top in Italy and the Czech Republic. The single "Judgement of Heaven" debuts at No. 10 in Hungary. The first dates in the band's 2011 tour behind the album will be in Australia next February.

The two new titles in the Europe-wide album top ten are Brandon Flowers' "Flamingo" (Universal Island) at No. 4 and Stone Sour's "Audio Secrecy" (Roadrunner) at No. 5. The Killers frontman starts at No. 1 in the United Kingdom (with 65,000 sales), No. 3 in Ireland, No. 4 in Holland, No. 7 in Spain and No. 8 in Germany. Meanwhile the Des Moines, Iowa-based hard rock act opens at No. 3 in Germany, No. 5 in Austria, No. 6 in the United Kingdom and No. 7 in Switzerland. Stone Sour starts a run of European shows Oct. 22 in Berlin.

British duo Hurts improves on last week's collective No. 10 debut with "Happiness" (Major Label/RCA/Sony Music Entertainment) by moving up four places, fuelled by a No. 4 start in the United Kingdom on sales of 25,000 units. It's also new at No. 7 in Denmark and No. 9 in Ireland but down 2-4 in Switzerland, 2-5 in Germany and 2-6 in Austria. The single "Wonderful Life" is down 6-8 in Austria.

Lady Gaga's "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal) and David Guetta's "One Love" (Virgin/EMI) are down two places each on the aggregate top ten, to Nos. 7 and 8. Gaga holds at No. 3 in Portugal and No. 9 in Holland, while Guetta is up 10-8 in Austria, 9-8 in Italy and stays at No. 8 in Portugal.

Unheilig's durable "Grosse Freiheit" (Universal) bobs back into the collective top ten 11-9 in its 29th week, thanks to a 3-1 return in Germany. A-ha's "25" (Warner Bros./Warner Music) is just behind it there with a 7-2 climb, and is up 18-11 overall. The final spot in the pan-European album top ten is occupied by Arcade Fire's "The Suburbs" (Merge/Mercury/Universal), down 4-10.

The Yolanda Be Cool & Dcup single is No. 1 again in Germany and Austria, No. 2 in Spain and Switzerland and No. 3 in France. The top new entry on European Hot 100 Singles, at No. 7, is "Start Without You" (Syco Music/Sony Music Entertainment) by former U.K. "X Factor" winner Alexandra Burke, fearuring U.S. rapper Laza Morgan. It's in at No. 1 in the United Kingdom and No. 5 in Ireland.
