Katy Perry made "Teenage Dream"s come true while hosting the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, which aired last night (Aug. 9) on Fox. With a live band and a cast of cheerleaders, jocks and dancers backing her, the pop star opened the ceremony by performing her new single in the skintight jeans she mentions in the lyrics.

The singer followed the powerhouse performance by taking home two trophies for previous single "California Gurls" during the ceremony, which also saw Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber win big. Other performers included Bieber, Jason Derulo and Travie McCoy.

Perry also posed backstage with fiancé Russell Brand, who tweeted this photo and wrote, "The real winner of the Teen Choice awards is... I AM! I won a fantastic new bride."
