Katie Melua's "The House" (Dramatico) moves back 2-1 to regain the top spot on European Albums in its fourth week. K'naan's "Wavin' Flag" (A&M/Universal) starts a second week at No. 1 on Hot 100 Singles.

"The House" debuted at the pan-European album summit three weeks ago before spending two weeks at No. 2. It's back in pole position as it continues to top charts in Switzerland and the Belgian region of Wallony, and holds at No. 3 in Denmark, No. 5 in Holland and No. 9 in Germany. It's down 1-2 in Poland, 4-5 in Norway, 6-8 in Flanders, 17-18 in Portugal and 12-21 in the United Kingdom.

"Time Flies - 1994-2009" (Big Brother), the new Oasis retrospective, gives the erstwhile British rock giant a new entry at No. 2 on European Albums. It's off to a fast start in the United Kingdom, becoming the band's eighth No. 1 there on sales of 101,000, and at No. 4 in Ireland.

Lady Gaga continues her epic European run with "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal), which rises again 4-3 in its 75th week. It's up 7-5 in Portugal and 8-6 in Holland, while the subsequent "Fame Monster" moves 5-1 in Flanders. Listed separately on European Albums, it's up 35-34 on that chart.

Another staple of the European chart year, Michael Bublé's "Crazy Love" (Reprise/Warner Music), rebounds 9-4 after holding at No. 3 in the United Kingdom and climbing 9-8 in Ireland.

Unheilig's "Grosse Freiheit" (Universal) is also proving its durability, climbing back 18-5 overall after moves of 5-1 in Germany, 8-5 in Austria and 26-7 in Switzerland. The album is platinum in Germany for shipments of 200,000 units.

But two former European Albums No. 1s, Jack Johnson's "To The Sea" (Brushfire/Universal Island) and AC/DC's "Iron Man 2" (Columbia/Sony Music Entertainment), are down 3-6 and 5-7 respectively. Johnson climbs 4-2 in Switzerland and holds at No. 8 in Germany, while AC/DC stays at No. 2 in Hungary and No. 8 in Switzerland.

"The Best of Helene Fischer" (Capitol/EMI) climbs 11-8 in its second week on the pan-European chart. The Siberian-born vocalist's most recent studio album, "So Wie Ich Bin," debuted at No. 7 last October. The new compilation is up 2-1 in Austria, 5-4 in Switzerland and 14-7 in Denmark, but slips 2-3 in Germany.

Last week's new entry at No. 1 on European Albums, Christina Aguilera's "Bionic" (RCA/Sony Music Entertainment), crashes to No. 9, after tumbling 2-10 in Switzerland, 4-13 in the Czech Republic and 4-7 in Flanders. In the United Kingdom, the news is even worse as the album makes the sharpest descent in album chart history, 1-29. "Bionic" does have the consolation of new entries at No. 8 in Italy and No. 9 in Sweden and Poland.

Meanwhile in its 40th chart week, Muse's "The Resistance" (Helium 3/Warner Music) moves back 12-10, its highest ranking at No. 3 in France.

K'naan's single, Coca-Cola's official anthem of the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa, is picking up speed in many European territories. It moves 13-2 in Ireland, 10-2 in Italy, 3-2 in the United Kingdom (on weekly sales of 76,000), 4-3 in Holland, 14-5 in Norway and 12-7 in Spain, but falls from No. 1 into runner-up spot in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
