Is it even possible to ruffle Jay-Z's feathers? The music video for "On to the Next One" -- the hip-hop mogul's latest single from "The Blueprint 3" featuring producer Swizz Beatz -- offers no answer. In the glossy black-and-white clip, we're confronted by fiery basketballs, face-painted provocateurs, icy skulls and a rosary flanked by bullets. Jay-Z, though, never gets caught in the fray. The ever-so-calm rapper just flashes his understated swagger, while Swizz pops in and out over a droning hook.

Jay-Z unveiled the video for "On to the Next One," which is perched at No. 61 on Hot Hip-Hop /R&B Songs and follows his No. 1 hit "Empire State of Mind,"  in typical high-profile fashion: during "NBC's New Year's Eve with Carson Daly," just a short while before the clock struck Jan. 1, 2010.
