A hard rock supergroup put together for the occasion will back Jay Z's performance. Dubbed the All-Star Band, the group will feature Korn bassist Fieldy, Limp Bizkit drummer John Otto, and Static-X guitarist Wayne Static. Last year's inaugural show featured LL Cool J co-hosting with Rebecca Romijn-Stamos and Chris Klein, plus performances by Black Sabbath, Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals, Crazy Town, De La Soul featuring Busta Rhymes, and Incubus.
Sponsored by Mountain Dew, the 2002 ESPN Action Sports & Music Awards will take place at the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. Tickets ranging from $22 to $100 are available to the public via Ticketmaster.
