Henley To Helm 'Weather' Walden Benefit

Comments

Michelle Branch, Paula Cole, Sheryl Crow, and Reba McEntire are among the artists who have signed on for Stormy Weather 2002 -- A Benefit for Walden Woods, set to take place Nov. 13 at Los Angeles' Wiltern Theater.

Other performers scheduled to perform include Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Norah Jones, Deborah Cox, Susan Tedeschi, and Trisha Yearwood; the 64-piece El Nino Orchestra will provide accompaniment.

Don Henley is serving as executive producer of the event, reprising his role from the 1998 Stormy Weather concert, which took place April 16 of that year at the Wiltern and featured Cole, Crow, Mitchell, Nicks, Yearwood, and No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani. Both concerts benefit the Walden Woods Project, the conservation organization Henley founded in 1990.

Tickets for the show are available now via Ticketmaster, and range in price from $78.50 to a $253.50 VIP package that includes a post-concert reception.
