Another all-star benefit effort on behalf of earthquake-ravaged Haiti is on the way, helmed by gospel singer Kirk Franklin. He's the impetus behind Artists United For Haiti: a collective of gospel artists who gathered together after the 25th annual Stellar Awards (Jan. 17) to record a new song called "Are You Listening." Featuring performances by CeCe & BeBe Winans, Yolanda Adams, Mary Mary, Donnie McClurkin, Fred Hammond, Smokie Norful, Shirley Caesar, Marvin Sapp and Karen Clark-Sheard, among other well-known gospel names, the song was written and produced by Franklin.

All proceeds from the sale of "Are You Listening" will be donated to charities involved in Haitian relief efforts. The song becomes available for purchase at verityrecords.com beginning today (Jan. 22) at 5 p.m. ET. After Jan. 30, the song will also be available on iTunes and at Wal-Mart and other major retailers. The Gospel Music Channel (GMC) will world premiere the music video for "Are You Listening" during a one-hour special tonight (Jan. 22) at 7 p.m. ET. An encore presentation of the special is set for Jan. 23 at 6 p.m. ET. A GMC-produced behind-the-scenes special, "A Love Song For Haiti: The Making of 'Are You Listening,'" will air in February.
