Mike Oldfield, author of prog-rock classic "Tubular Bells," will release his second studio album within nine months May 24 in the U.K. "Guitars" follows last September's "Tubular Bells III" and coincides with Oldfield's 30-date Then And Now European tour, during which he will play his first indoor British shows in six years July 13 at Wembley Arena in London and July 14 at NEC in Birmingham. Oldfield's label, WEA, estimates that the artist's worldwide career album sales now stand at over 40 million.
