"Glee" picked up five nominations for the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards Tuesday morning (Dec. 14), while "Burlesque," the movie musical co-starring Christina Aguilera and Cher, earned three nods and Carrie Underwood Trent Reznor, Mandy Moore were all recognized in the music categories.

After winning best comedy TV series at the 2010 Golden Globes, "Glee" will vie for the top prize again, alongside "30 Rock," The Big Bang Theory," "The Big C," "Modern Family" and "Nurse Jackie." Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison were nominated for best actress and actor in a series, mini-series or TV movie, while Jane Lynch and Chris Colfer picked up nods in the best supporting actress and actor categories. 

"Burlesque" will vie for best motion picture, musical or comedy against "Alice in Wonderland," "The Kids Are All Right," "Red" and "The Tourist." The film is also a double nominee for best original song in a motion picture, with "Bound to You" (performed by Christina Aguilera) and "You Haven't Seen the Last of Me" (performed by Cher) facing off against the Gwyneth Paltrow-sung "Coming Home," from "Country Strong," the Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi duet "I See the Light," from "Tangled"; and Carrie Underwood's "There's a Place for Us," from "Chronicles of Narnia: The Dawn Treader."

Nominated for best original score in a motion picture is Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, for his work on the Facebook-inspired film, "The Social Network." Reznor was recognized alongside A. R. Rahman, who is nominated for "127 Hours" and won previously for "Slumdog Millionaire"; Alexander Desplot, for "The King's Speech"; Danny Elfman, for "Alice in Wonderland"; and Hans Zimmer, for "Inception."

Leading all Golden Globes nominations is "The King's Speech," with seven, while "The Social Network" and "The Fighter" follow with six nods apiece. The best motion picture, drama nominees are "Black Swan," The Fighter," "Inception," "The King's Speech" and "The Social Network."
