Fergie, John Legend, BRMC Complete Bumbershoot Bill

Fergie, John Legend, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, (+)44 and the Apples In Stereo are among the final acts confirmed for the 2007 Bumbershoot festival, to be held Sept. 1-3 throughout the Seattle Center. Also new are Head Automatica, Menomena, Tokyo Police Club, Bert Jansch, Fleet Foxes, Joan As Policewoman, Ryan Shaw and Bouncing Souls.

They join previously announced Bumbershoot performers such as the Shins, the Wu-Tang Clan, Crowded House, Panic! At The Disco, Joss Stone, Kings Of Leon, Gym Class Heroes and Ted Leo and the Pharmacists.

Also new to the schedule of cultural events is a comprehensive Nick Drake exhibit, "A Place To Be," encompassing rare photographs, a screening of the Drake film "A Skin To Few" and a special performance of his songs by artists such as Gomez's Ian Ball, Damien Jurado and John Wesley Harding.

Additionally, Bumbershoot will feature the Flatstock poster art fair, readings from writers Miranda July and "This American Life" contributor Davy Rothbart, visual arts exhibitions, dance and theatre performances and the 1 Reel Film Festival.
