With its 14th week at the Hot 100 summit, "I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas matches Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" for longest No. 1 stay this decade. The Peas have now held firm at No. 1 for 26 straight weeks, with "Boom Boom Pow" preceding "Feeling" with a 12-week run, making them the second act in the 51-year history of the Hot 100 to remain at No. 1 for a half a calendar year or more. The other was Usher, who spent 28 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 in 2004 with four tracks.

On the wings of strong first-week download sales (110,000), Carrie Underwood's "Cowboy Casanova" makes the Hot 100's biggest leap (96-11).  The song opens at No. 8 on Hot Digital Songs, Underwood's eighth top 10 on that list since it launched in February 25. That sum ties her with Beyonce for second most top 10s among females, trailing only Rihanna who's reached the upper tier 12 times. "Casanova" previews Underwood's third studio album, "Play On," set to hit retail on Nov. 3.

Alicia Keys has the list's Hot Shot Debut as "Doesn't Mean Anything" opens at No. 61. In just its second week on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, the song surges 32-19 as the Greatest Gainer.

Also new to the Hot 100 are two more tracks from the FOX TV series "Glee." Covers of Celine Dion's "Taking Chances" (No. 71) and Queen's 1977 classic "Somebody To Love" (No. 85) up that show's chart take to five entries since its May debut. David Nail has another of the seven chart debuts as "Red Line" launches at No. 95. It's his first Hot 100 appearance and it comes seven years after first reaching the Hot Country Songs chart. Meanwhile, Pink enters at No. 97 with "Funhouse," the fourth Hot 100 single from her album of the same name. Her last album to place four Hot 100 singles was 2001's "Missundaztood."

The Hot 100's Greatest Gainer/Airplay winner is Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" which holds at No. 7. The top Digital Gainer is Jason DeRulo's "Whatcha Say" which lifts 10-5, a new peak for the track. Elsewhere in the top 10, Jay Sean's "Down" returns to No. 2 with "Down," Miley Cyrus rebounds 6-3 with "Party In The U.S.A." and Jay-Z steps back with two tracks; "Run This Town" tumbles 2-4 while "Empire State of Mind" slips 5-10. Rounding out the upper tier, Taylor Swift holds at No. 1 on Hot 100 Airplay, but falls 4-6 on the main chart, Kings of Leon leap 9-8 with "Use Somebody" and Mariah Carey returns to top 10 territory with "Obsessed" (11-9).
