A fan who was critically injured after a fight at Sunday's Family Values tour stop at Atlanta's Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheatre passed away yesterday (Aug. 1) at a local hospital. Andy Richardson, 30, was kept alive on life support until recipients for his organs could be found.
He was attacked by two men during the Deftones' set on Sunday; police say they have identified "persons of interest" in connection with the incident but have yet to make any arrests.
"Korn are appalled at the actions of these men and are imploring anyone who witnessed this senseless act or has any information about the attack to please immediately come forward by contacting local authorities," the band said in a statement released today.
