Spears' "Don't Let Me Be the Last To Know" was nominated for best song, and will compete with "I'm a Believer," Pink's "Get the Party Started," 'and N Sync's "Pop" and Smash Mouth's "I'm a Believer." Spears and Pink will also vie for favorite female singer, an award Spears won last year.
'N Sync's second nod was in the favorite singing group category, where it will compete against fellow boy band Backstreet Boys, as well as Destiny's Child and Dream. Smash Mouth was also nominated in the favorite band category. Leading all nominations this year was "Shrek," which scored five.
The show will again be hosted by Rosie O'Donnell, and will also allow kids to vote on their favorite movies, television shows, sports, action heroes, books, and video games. Fans can go to Nick.com beginning March 25 to cast their votes.
