There's no change at the top of Billboard's pan-European sales charts, with Eminem moving into a fifth aggregate week at the European Albums summit with "Recovery" (Interscope/Universal), and "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) by Shakira featuring Freshlyground at No. 1 for a second week on European Hot 100 Singles.

Eminem is spending his fifth week, and third in a row, at the U.K. album summit, on sales to last weekend of 390,000, and continues at the top in Switzerland. Elsewhere, "Recovery" holds at No. 2 in Ireland, No.3 in Holland and No. 4 in the Belgian region of Flanders, and climbs 4-3 in Poland and 9-7 in Denmark. But it slips 2-3 in Germany and Norway and 2-4 in Austria.

Lady Gaga is in overall runner-up spot again with "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal), which is up 6-5 in Switzerland. David Guetta's 48th week on the survey with "One Love" (Virgin/EMI) produces a 4-3 climb, as the album holds at No. 1 in Hungary and climbs 8-5 in Wallony, 13-9 in Germany and 26-15 in Portugal.

The top new entry on European Albums is Tom Jones' "Praise and Blame" (Universal Island) at No. 4. The septuagenarian Welsh vocal giant is new at No. 2 in the United Kingdom on sales of 31,000, and No. 9 in Austria. Jones was last in the top 20 of the pan-European chart when a "Greatest Hits" set reached No. 16 in 2003.

Unheilig's "Grosse Freiheit" (Universal) and Sting's "Symphonicities" (Deutsche Grammophon/Universal) hold at Nos. 5 and 6 Europe-wide. Unheilig is unmoveable at the top of the German chart, and Sting leads the way again in Portugal and Poland. But Kylie Minogue's "Aphrodite" (Parlophone/EMI) is down 3-7 in its fourth week after falling 4-8 in the United Kingdom, 4-6 in Switzerland and 14-17 in Poland.

Unheilig's closest challenger in Germany is a new entry at No. 8 on European Albums. Amigos' "Weisst Du, Was Du Fur Mich Bist" (Vito) arrives at No. 2 on the German listing, No. 1 in Austria and No. 3 in Switzerland. Comprised of brothers Bernd and Karl-Heinz Ulrich, the group reached No. 8 overall in 2007 with "Der Helle Wahnsinn," after a No. 1 start in Germany.

Finally on European Albums, Muse's "The Resistance" (Helium 3/Warner Music) and Plan B's "The Defamation of Strickland Banks" (679/Atlantic/Warner Music) fall one spot each to Nos. 9 and 10. The Muse album is still going strong at No. 2 in France, while rapper/singer Plan B holds at No. 7 in his native United Kingdom, where the singles "Prayin" and "She Said" are at No. 22 and No. 29 respectively.

Shakira tops Hot 100 Singles for a second week as "Waka Waka" continues at No. 1 in France, Italy and Spain and climbs 2-1 in Denmark, but it's off the top this week in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Wallony.

"We Speak No Americano" (Sweat It Out/All Around The World/UMTV/Universal) by Yolanda Be Cool & Dcup, which topped the U.K. singles chart last week, is up 3-2 overall, climbing 8-1 in Germany, 3-1 in Austria and Ireland, 2-1 in Switzerland and Wallony and holding at No. 1 in Holland and Flanders.
