As originally reported on Billboard.com earlier this summer, Drake has finally cleared the samples to his highly-acclaimed "So Far Gone" mixtape and will re-release it on September 15th, 2009, confirms a rep at Universal Motown.

The rapper told MTV.com today (August 14) that the album will feature most of the original songs off the album -- including "Best I Ever Had," which currently sits at No. 3 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and "Successful" featuring Trey Songz, No. 5 on the same tally. One exception will be a new track, "Fear," that will appear on the end of the revamped set. Drake told the music site that the last verse on "Fear" will be the lead to his upcoming debut, "Thank Me Later," stating that "the last line of the third verse is going to be the first line on my album." "Thank Me Later" is slated for a late 2009 release.

In related news, all of Drake's chart entries moving forward will be attributed to Universal Motown, although he'd previously announced being singed to Universal Republic.

Drake's track "I'm Going In" is currently No. 89 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, while "November 18th," another track off "So Far Gone," debuts at No. 100 this week. The Young Money collective's "Every Girl," which features Drake, sits at No. 8 this week as well.

Confirmed tracks for the re-release include:

"Houstatlantavegas"
"Successful" feat. Lil Wayne and Trey Songz
"Best I Ever Had"
"Uptown" feat. Bun B
"The Calm"
"I'm Going In"
"Fear"
