Comments

Miami's own DJ Khaled is set to drop his sophomore album, "We the Best," June 12 via Terror Squad/KOCH Records, and he's recruited some of hip-hop's finest to assist.

The first single, "We Takin' Over," features T.I., Akon, Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Lil' Wayne and Baby, and will be available for download March 27 from iTunes. A video for the song was recently shot in Miami by director Gil Green (Three 6 Mafia, Akon, Rick Ross).

The Game, Jadakiss, Paul Wall, Trick Daddy, Ja Rule, Ludacris, Young Jeezy, Styles P, Cassidy, Juelz Santana and Young Dro are among the other artists tapped to appear on the album.

"We the Best" is the follow-up to Khaled's debut project, 2006's "Listennn: The Album," which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums chart.
