D12 Touring With Bone Crusher, Slum Village

Bone Crusher and Slum Village will be along for the ride when D12 kicks off its U.S. tour June 19 in Milwaukee. Although the act's most famous member, Eminem, is officially not part of the club and theater trek, speculation rages that the Detroit-bred rapper may make several appearances with his crew during the run.

At deadline, the tour had ballooned to 30 dates, with a few more additions possible. Currently, the finale is set for Aug. 1 in Detroit, with two-night stands slated in Chicago (June 20-21) and San Francisco (June 27-28). Rapper King Gordy will appear on a little more than half of the dates.

The itinerary's closing hometown show will be a return to the Motor City's State Theatre, where the group staged an April 30 show to celebrate the release of its sophomore album, "D12 World."

Issued April 27 via Shady/Interscope, "D12 World" debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The set has sold 1.1 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Bone Crusher will be touring ahead of the Aug. 24 release of his sophomore album, "Fight Music" (Break 'Em Off/So So Def Recordings/Zomba). The collection includes the Jevor and Beats-N-Azz -produced single "Take Ya Clothes Off" featuring the Ying Yang Twins. So So Def CEO Jermaine Dupri also produces several cuts on the album along with Avery Johnson, L-Rock and Billy Hume.

Slum Village will release "Detroit Deli - A Taste of Detroit" June 29 via Capitol. The album boasts the Kanye West-produced single "Selfish," as well as guest appearances by Ol' Dirty Bastard, Dwele, MC Breed and founding Slum Village member Jay Dee.

King Gordy's debut Web Entertainment album, "The Entity," was released in June 2003.
