Concerts by Messina (July 14 at Chicagoland Speedway's Tropicana 400) and McCoy (Oct. 13 at Charlotte, N.C.'s Lowe's Motor Speedway for the UAW-GM Quality 500) will be the cornerstones of the concert series. Both artists will perform before the respective races and also lend their support to Inside Traxx-branded cars during the races.
The Inside Traxx package will also be roosting at Nashville's Fan Fair, the self-proclaimed "world's biggest country music festival," with a June 12 Warner Bros. press conference planned to unveil the branded NASCAR cars. A contest is currently being held at Inside Traxx's official Web site to send two fans to the Fan Fair and the press conference.
Four of the compilation album's tracks -- Messina's "Dare to Dream," Yoakam's "Fast as You," McGraw's "I Like It, I Love It," and McCoy's "What If" -- are also available in streaming form from the Inside Traxx Web site, along with information about the Inside Traxx drivers, artists, and concerts.
Finally, collectibles retailer Action Performance is offering Inside Traxx die-cast miniature cars for sale. The collectibles will be available through specialty dealers and trackside vendors throughout the promotion.
