Christina Aguilera won her second U.K. No. 1 album and the British singles chart was overrun by soccer-related releases, as the Official Charts Company's latest sales data was unveiled.

Aguilera's "Bionic" (RCA/Sony Music Entertainment) is her second consecutive studio album to debut at the top, after "Back To Basics" in 2006. The 2008 compilation "Keeps Gettin' Better" peaked at No. 10. "Bionic" outran fellow Sony act Alicia Keys' "The Element of Freedom" (J), which climbed back 5-2 in its 26th chart week. Keys was among the performers at the televised World Cup Kick-Off Concert in South Africa on June 10.

Michael Bublé's "Crazy Love" (Reprise/Warner Music) and "'Glee' The Music Vol. 3 Showstoppers" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) each fell a place, to Nos. 3 and 4 respectively, while Lady Gaga's "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal) moved back 4-5. Last week's No. 1, Jack Johnson's "To The Sea" (Brushfire/Universal Island), fell to No. 6.

There are now two Glenn Milller-inspired releases in the top ten: "In The Mood: The Glenn Miller Songbook" (Decca/Universal) by the Royal Air Force Squadronaires climbed 9-7 and "The Very Best of Glenn Miller" (RCA/Sony Music Entertainment) climbed 12-8. Something of a retro feel to the overall album chart was enhanced top 20 placings for albums by Billy Joel (up 16-15 with his "Piano Man" retrospective) and Steve Winwood, whose "Revolutions" best-of debuted at No. 18, his first time in the album top 20 as a solo artist in his home country since "Roll With It" peaked at No. 4 in 1988.

Novelty singles were out in force for the opening of the World Cup in South Africa last Friday (June 11), and more specifically England's opening game in the tournament the following day (a 1-1 draw with the U.S.A. that was much-derided in the British media).

"Shout" (Syco Music/Sony Music Entertainment) by Shout For England featuring Dizzee Rascal and comedian James Corden debuted at No. 1, Dizzee's second chart-topper in three charts, after "Dirtee Disco" entered at the top two weeks ago. The track was released only last Wednesday (June 9) and had sold 110,000 copies by the end of Saturday evening, according to the OCC.

K'naan's "Wavin' Flag" (A&M/Universal), Coca-Cola's official anthem of the tournament, rose 16-3, while the England soccer fan perennial "3 Lions" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) reappeared at No. 10. Away from football, Tinie Tempah's "Frisky" (Parlophone/EMI) featuring Labrinth, the south London rapper's follow-up to his March U.K. No. 1 "Pass Out," came in at No. 2, as last week's bestseller, "Gettin' Over You" (Positiva/EMI) by David Guetta featuring Chris Willis, fell to No. 4.

Eminem's "Not Afraid" (Interscope/Universal) moved back 6-5, "OMG" (LaFace/Universal) by Usher featuring will.i.am, also turned back in the right direction, 11-6, and Pixie Lott's "Turn It Up" (Mercury/Universal) climbed 25-11.

Back in the soccer arena, New Order's 1990 No. 1 "World In Motion" was back at No. 22; former England team manager Terry Venables' version of "If I Can Dream," much featured in a TV commercial, entered at No. 23; Squad's "Three Lions 2010" (Parlophone/EMI) climbed back 39-28; Fat Les's No. 2 hit of 1998, "Vindaloo" (Demon), re-charted at No. 32; and world soccer body FIFA's official 2010 World Cup song "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment), by Shakira featuring Freshly Ground, debuted at No. 38.

On Billboard's composite European charts, Jack Johnson scored his second consecutive No. 1 on Billboard's European Albums chart with "To The Sea" (Brushfire/Universal Island); Lena Meyer-Landrut's Eurovision Song Contest winner "Satellite" (USFO/Universal) jumped 18-1 on European Hot 100 Singles.
