Carrabba, Further Seems Forever Reuniting For Spring Festival

Dashboard Confessional's Chris Carrabba will rejoin his former bandmates in Further Seems Forever for a one-off live reunion with the group's original line-up. Confirmed as part of the annual three-day Bamboozle Festival (known in past years as the Great Bamboozle), the event will be held April 29-30 and May 1 at the Convention Hall Complex in Asbury Park, N.J.

Rounding out the festival's punk-centric bill are Flogging Molly, the Bouncing Souls, Alkaline Trio, Straylight Run, the Starting Line, Fall Out Boy, Hot Rod Circuit, Bayside, the Early November, the Bled, Relient K and Silverstein. Three-day passes for the event are available for $82.00.

Carrabba exited Further Seems Forever after the release of 2001's "The Moon Is Down" and went on to stardom on the strength of Dashboard discs like "The Places You Have Come To Fear the Most" and "A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar." In addition to Carrabba, the reunion will also feature founding guitarist Nick Dominguez, who left the band in 2001.

Further Seems Forever continued on with former Affinity frontman Jason Gleason for two albums. After his late 2003 exit, former Sense Field vocalist Jon Bunch joined the group for last August's "Hide Nothing."
