Britney Spears fans will have to wait a little longer than expected to get their hands on the pop star's new album, "Femme Fatale." Jive Records officially confirmed a Mar. 29 release date for the set today (Feb. 8), two weeks after a label source confirmed the accuracy of a leaked one-sheet that stated the album was coming out on Mar. 15.

In the meantime, the music video for "Hold It Against Me" -- "Femme Fatale's" first single, which sits at No. 8 on the current Hot 100 -- will premiere next Thursday night (Feb. 17). The video was directed by Jonas Akerlund (Madonna's "Ray of Light," Lady Gaga's "Telephone") and will air simultaneously on VEVO and MTV at 9:56 PM EST.
