Irish pop band Boyzone's "Brother" (Polydor/Universal) returned to the top of the U.K. album chart yesterday, as Lady Gaga's "Telephone" (Interscope/Universal), featuring Beyoncé, started a second week atop the singles survey.

The Boyzone album, dedicated to their late former colleague Stephen Gately, entered at No. 1 two weeks ago before dipping to No. 3, but was revitalized by the Mar. 21 screening of the group's tribute show to Gately on ITV. The hour-long special featured Boyzone performances with fellow Irish pop outfit Westlife and Mika, alongside tributes from former Irish prime minister Bertie Ahern, Robbie Williams and many others. The single "Gave It All Away," which debuted at No. 9 three weeks ago, bounced back 29-10.

Gaga's "The Fame" album fell 1-2 as Justin Bieber's "My World" (Def Jam/Universal) raced 33-3 in its 10th chart week. The album had previously peaked at No. 4 in its debut week in late January and now revives after the teen star's U.K. promo visit. Bieber's "Baby" single, featuring Ludacris, climbed back 4-3, where it entered two weeks ago. English singer-songwriter Laura Marling's sophomore album "I Speak Because I Can" (Virgin/EMI), much acclaimed in the British media, debuted at No. 4, two years after her debut set "Alas, I Cannot Swim" reached No. 45.

With "'Glee': The Music: Season One, Volume 2" (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) down 2-5, Goldfrapp's "Head First" (Mute/EMI) arrived at No. 6 to become the duo's third consecutive U.K. top ten album. The last two, 2005's "Supernature" and "Seventh Tree" in 2008, both reached No. 2.

Elsewhere on the singles chart, Cheryl Cole's "Parachute" (Fascination/Polydor/Universal) climbed 6-5 and Inna's "Hot" (3 Beat/All Around The World/UMTV) 8-6. "Bedrock" (Universal) by Young Money featuring Lloyd improved 12-9, and there was a No. 13 entry for "Omg" (LaFace/Sony Music Entertainment) by Usher featuring will.i.am.

Both of Billboard's pan-European sales charts had new No. 1s, with Amy Macdonald's "A Curious Thing" (Mercury/Universal) rising 3-1 on European Albums and Belgian singer-songwriter Stromae's "Alors On Danse" (Mosaert/Vertigo/Universal) moving back 2-1 for a second aggregate week atop Hot 100 Singles.
