Bob Dylan

None other than Bob Dylan took the stage to pay tribute to director Martin Scorsese on Friday night, performing "Blind Willie McTell" in honor of the filmmaker at the Critics Choice Awards.

The Hollywood performance came as part of a larger tribute to Scorsese, who was presented with the ceremony's Music + Film Award by frequent collaborator Leonardo DiCaprio.

The director's no stranger to the folk icon, either: in addition to directing 1978's Dylan-featuring concert film "The Last Waltz," he helmed 2005 Dylan documentary "No Direction Home."
