The Black Eyed Peas and Jason Mraz have caught up to chart records set by Usher and LeAnn Rimes, setting the stage for two new chart milestones on next week's Billboard Hot 100.

With 19 consecutive weeks at No. 1, the Peas tie Usher's record for most consecutive frames atop the Hot 100 (Usher did it with hits "Yeah!" and "Burn" in 2004). The Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" is No. 1 this week, and if it stays put next week, Usher's record will be overtaken.

Mraz' "I'm Yours" enjoys a 17% spike in downloads this week to climb 35-23 on the Hot 100, tying LeAnn Rimes' "How Do I Live" for the longest Hot 100 chart run.

Back in the top 10, Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me" climbs 3-2, as the song becomes Swift's fourth No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart.

Drake follows at No. 3 on the Hot 100 with "Best I Ever Had," while Keri Hilson remains at No. 4 with "Knock You Down" featuring Kanye West and Ne-Yo. Kings of Leon stays at No. 5 with "Use Somebody," while Jay Sean featuring Lil Wayne's "Down" remains at No. 6.

Cobra Starship featuring Leighton Meester rises 10-7, Sean Kingston's "Fire Burning" falls 7-8, and Pitbull scores his second top 10 with "Hotel Room Service" at No. 9. The Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" falls 8-10 this week.
Shakira's "She Wolf" roars up 21-13 this week thanks to 75,000 new downloads this week. The song's Spanish version, "Loba," goes to No. 1 on Latin Pop Airplay.

Selena Gomez' "Magic" is this week's top debut, at No. 61, on the strength of 42,000 downloads. The song last appeared on the Hot 100 in 1975, when Pilot's original version peaked at No. 5 on the chart.

For the third time, Madonna and Whitney Houston debut on the Hot 100 at the same time with new songs. Madonna's "Celebration" enters the Hot 100 at No. 71, while Houston's "I Look To You" arrives at No. 74. This is Madonna's 55th entry on the Hot 100, while it's Houston's 38th.
